Nourished & Strong!
A Five-Week Course
Next Session Fall 2026
This five-week intensive weight-loss series is designed to help you reset, refocus, and build momentum heading into spring and summer—without extremes or all-or-nothing approaches.
Nourished & Strong is a five-week nutrition and lifestyle series designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in your body—without extremes, restriction, or all-or-nothing thinking.
This program focuses on building sustainable habits that support metabolic health, muscle preservation, and overall well-being. Rather than chasing perfection or quick fixes, we work on understanding your body, fueling it appropriately, and developing consistent behaviors that lead to lasting results.
Over five weeks, you’ll learn how to nourish yourself in a realistic way that fits your life, supports your goals, and allows room for flexibility, social situations, and enjoyment.
