Ingredients

  • 1 pound uncooked salmon skin removed
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, flake the salmon into small pieces.
  • Add mayonnaise and egg and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Form into four patties, and place onto a greased grill pan.
  • Grill 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve immediately.
