Pumpkin Smoothie
This is my personal go-to. I often prepare it the night before and enjoy it as a thick, spoonable breakfast pudding in the morning.

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla Super Shake Nutritional Frontiers*
