Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips 70%+
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls (wet hands if sticky) roll until finished, dough will harden quickly.
  • Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
