Ingredients
1poundground chicken
14 ozcan green chiles
3T.cilantrowashed and chopped
1tsp.Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
With oiled hands, divide into six portions and form into patties.
Carefully transfer to a grill on medium-high heat.
Grill 5-6 minutes on each side.
