Chicken Burger with Green Chiles and Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles
  • 3 T. cilantro washed and chopped
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
  • With oiled hands, divide into six portions and form into patties.
  • Carefully transfer to a grill on medium-high heat.
  • Grill 5-6 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with cilantro lime cabbage slaw or mango salsa.
