Ingredients

  • 1 8oz Round of Brie
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Leftover works best
  • 1 T orange zest
  • 2 T fresh orange juice
  • 2 T chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp honey
  • fresh rosemary for garnish
  • whole grain crackers or apples

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place Brie in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • Mix cranberry sauce with orange zest, orange juice, and nuts.
  • Spoon the mixture over the top.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until warm and soft.
  • Garnish with rosemary.
